This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves going deep on technical challenges, thrives in building high-performing teams, and collaborates cross-functionally to deliver value at scale.

You’ll manage a full-stack engineering squad, partnering closely with Product to set direction, ship quality software, and drive team growth. You’ll be responsible for team health, delivery, and technical quality and you’ll be comfortable jumping into the code or managing incidents when needed.
